Client/Prospect Tracking

SnapTrack is designed to make your life easy. Quickly add clients and prospects to the database. You can enter everything from their birth date to what school they attend(ed). There is even a notes field so you can put anything your heart may desire in there. But that's just the beginning. Add relationships to each client, be it parents, children, grandchildren, grandparents, anything, so you know who knows who and how.

Work Flow Management

With SnapTrack, you can create multiple detailed work flows to match the type of business you do. Then add your clients to the work flow and quickly see everything you should be doing doing or should have done and for who. To move a client to the next step in your work flow, simply drag and drop them. SnapTrack makes it that easy.

Detailed Calendar

No more wondering who you have scheduled for the week and what time they are scheduled for. Instantly see all your appointments month to month. Double click on an event for even more detailed information. If only that were it, that would be enough but we took it one step further. Not only do you add events to the calendar but you can color code each event with its own color. This makes it easy to quickly see if you have an outside shoot, baby session or if you or an employee are on vacation.

Items are an essential part of your business. This includes everything you sell from prints to frames and bags. Quickly see all your items, sort by categories, see which vendor they come from, how much they cost you and how much you charge.

Vendor Information

Have you ever looked and looked for contact information for one of your vendors wasting precious time you could have used for something else? No more! A no hassle list of all your vendors, primary contacts, phone and fax numbers, mailing addresses, emails and websites is just a mouse click away.

Order Tracking

Create orders with ease adding items and payments made, discounts on indavidual items or the overall order. Quickly see the balance left to be paid, add shipping or change the tax rate. Then after you are all done, create the invoice and print it off for your clients. When everything is said and done, complete the order for reporting. Made a mistake? No problem, un-complete the order and edit away. If only all of life were that easy!

Reports

When it comes to tax time, I don't know about you but I like just being able to click a few buttons and see everything I made that year. See how much sales tax you have collected, how much your net and gross was and see which items you sold the most of and made the most profit from. All by selecting two dates and clicking a "Run Report" button.
